Title of Motion:  Motion to empower the UAC to act on behalf of the Senate over the summer break. 
 
Purpose:   This motion would allow the UAC to carry out necessary Senate duties during the 2013 summer break period.  This would include completing any unfinished 2012-2013 business.  The Senate President will report on any such activities at the first senate meeting of the 2013-2014 school year.
