Title of Motion: Request from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences – Department of English-for the disestablishment of an undergraduate certificate – Entertainment and Technology

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: The content of the certificate is no longer consistent with contemporary study in the field, core courses are no longer offered, and similar content is available through the Film and Media Studies minor.
