Title of Motion: Request from the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation – for the disestablishment of a graduate certificate – Care Coordination

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: There is no current market for this certificate.  Despite marketing this certificate for four years there is no enrollment.
