Title of Motion: ACD 112-01 Constitution and Bylaws Perfecting Amendment 2

Action Requested:  Motion to amend Article II.A. 1.f. inserts “most” faculty members elected by their units to be teaching and research and adds “While serving as a senator faculty or Academic Professional may not hold administrative appointments of half time or more.” 

Rationale: Four-year review by the Senate Constitution and Bylaws Task Force recommendation.
