Title of Motion: ACD 112-01 Constitution and Bylaws Perfecting Amendment 4  

Action Requested:  Motion to amend Article II.C.4. by striking out list for order of business and inserting “The typical order of the senate meeting shall include reports from the UAC, the university president or designee, the provost of the university or designee, senate business, senate committee reports, an open forum, and other matters as determined by the senate president and shown in the meeting agenda.”

Rationale: Four-year review by the Senate Constitution and Bylaws Task Force recommendation.
