Title of Motion: Request from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Department of Information Systems – for the establishment of a graduate degree – MS in Artificial Intelligence in Business

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in Business develops technical AI and professional skills needed for success in the constantly evolving landscape of technology and business. With an emphasis on mindful implementation, students will learn to understand the implications and possibilities enabled by artificial intelligence, in addition to the importance of governance and principled innovation.
