Title of Motion: Request from the College of Global Futures – School of Sustainability – for the establishment of a graduate certificate – Sustainability and Enterprise

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The graduate certificate in sustainability and enterprise prepares its graduates to advance sustainability practices and communicate sustainability as means for transformational change, organizational success, and innovation. It is designed for individuals who wish to develop the sustainable enterprises of the future and employ sustainability as a strategy for enterprise success.
