Title of Motion: Request from the Thunderbird School of Global Management – for the establishment of a graduate certificate – AI, Analytics and FinTech Innovation

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The microcertificate in AI, Analytics and FinTech Innovation equips students with the essential skills to harness the power of artificial intelligence, master data-driven decision-making, and drive innovation in the financial technology landscape. Students will gain hands-on experience with the latest AI tools and strategies, whether they are to lead a startup, manage a global enterprise, or transform the public sector.
