Title of Motion: ACD 202–01: Faculty Responsibilities

Action Requested: This motion has been reviewed by Office of General Counsel (OGC) and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: Updates to the language were made to better reflect the diversity and depth of the faculty ranks, with particular attention to Career Track Faculty. The proposed revisions are detailed in the attached supplemental document
