Title of Motion: Request from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering – School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks – for the establishment of an undergraduate degree – BSE in Robotics and Autonomous Systems

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The request is to change the degree type for this program from a BS to a BSE to be consistent with other FSE engineering ABET-accredited programs and guidelines. The request it to replace the current BS Robotics and Autonomous Systems to BSE in Robotics and Autonomous Systems.
