Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The legal systems and governance certificate program offers a structured pathway for students to explore legal systems and institutions while securing life-transforming internships in the fields of law, government relations and public policy.
