Title of Motion: Request from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication – for the name change of an undergraduate degree – From: BA in Digital Media Literacy – To: BA in Media Literacy

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The Cronkite School seeks to remove the redundancy of "digital" from this degree name, simplifying it to "Media Literacy" and better aligning it with industry standards.
