Title of Motion: Revision ACD 304-09 to clarify that all course instructors must provide student evaluations

Action Requested: This motion is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: Updates to ACD 304-09 to clarify the definition of “faculty” and to extend to all persons teaching ASU courses the requirement to provide course evaluations to students in their classes.
