Title of Motion: Request from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering – School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks – for the disestablishment of an undergraduate program – BS in Robotics and Autonomous Systems

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks requests the disestablishment of the BS Robotics and Autonomous Systems once the full proposal for establishment of the BSE in Robotics and Autonomous System is approved. This will better emphasize that the degree is a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, and be consistent with other FSE engineering ABET-accredited programs and guidelines.
