Bylaws
Per ACD 111-02 all colleges and academic units at ASU must keep a copy of their unit bylaws on file in both the Offices of the Executive Vice President and University Provost and the University Senate. The database below contains the college and unit bylaws housed in the University Senate Office and is solely provided to meet the reporting requirement spelled out in ACD 111-02. While every effort is made to keep the University Senate copies of the bylaws current, the unit chair and/or dean should be consulted for the most current version of the unit or college’s bylaws.
