Title of Motion: Request from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering – The Polytechnic School– for the name change of a graduate degree – from: PhD in Simulation, Modeling and Applied Cognitive Science – to: PhD in Human Systems Engineering

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: We propose to the name change of the PhD program to better align with the names of BS and MS programs in Human Systems Engineering.
