Title of Motion: Request from the College of Health Solutions –for the name change of a graduate degree – from MS in Nutrition – to MS in Nutritional Science

 Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: The name change is being requested to better differentiate the graduate degrees being offered by the ASU Nutrition program. The term “nutrition” is very broad, so all current and new degrees offered can fall under this terminology
