Title of Motion: Request from Thunderbird School of Global Management – for the establishment of a graduate degree – MLM in Leadership and Management

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: The Master of Leadership and Management (MLM) is designed to deliver mastery in 21st-century leadership and management principles and practices. It prepares leaders to take on additional managerial responsibilities in global organizations or to make a career change across industries or sectors.
