Title of Motion: Request from the W. P. Carey School of Business – WPC Graduate Programs –for the name change of a graduate degree – From: MS in Marketing and Customer Experience Management – To: MS in Marketing

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: Requesting to update the name from "Marketing and Customer Experience Management" to "Marketing." The current title is too long and specific for the degree curriculum.  Students will be able to take elective options and courses that are unrelated to a Customer Experience focus. The courses in this degree reflect a broader range of topics to be covered.
