Title of Motion: Request from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering – Dean’s Office – for the establishment of an undergraduate certificate – Global Engineering

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The certificate program in global engineering equips students with the interdisciplinary knowledge and skills needed to tackle complex global challenges. The program includes foundational coursework in engineering perspectives, global engineering design, and international-themed courses relevant to students' majors.
