Title of Motion: Request from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Department of Finance – for the establishment of an undergraduate degree – BS in Real Estate and Applied Finance

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision. 

Rationale: The Bachelor of Science program in real estate and applied finance provides students the real estate knowledge and finance skills necessary to contribute and succeed in these complex, interrelated industries.
