Title of Motion: Request from the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts – School of Applied Sciences and Arts – for the establishment of a graduate certificate – Narrative Studies

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: In this program, graduate students will gain specialized knowledge about narrative and storytelling. Courses will help students develop their skills as readers, writers, and researchers–complementing their work in other disciplines and setting them up for success in a variety of careers.
