Title of Motion: Request from Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions – School of Community Resources and Development – for the establishment of an undergraduate degree – BS in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: The Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management prepares students to design and manage experiences that connect people, places and communities in today’s global experience economy.
