Title of Motion: Request from Rob Walton College of Global Futures – School of Innovation Futures – for the name change of an undergraduate degree – From: BA in Innovation in Society – To: BA in Creative Foresight and Futures

Action Requested: This curricular proposal has received all college, school, unit and university administrative approvals, and is being presented to the Senate for review and voting decision.   

Rationale: The proposed name aligns with these exciting new professional and career opportunities, better communicating value to students and employers, especially in the application of creative skills and capabilities to envisioning, exploring, and communicating about the future.
